The delivery of the ordered goods is usually made the day after the departure (24 working hours). In the islands and in some disadvantaged places (determined at the discretion of the carrier that handles the shipment) the delivery could take 24/48 hours more, according to the needs of the express courier. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in this regard.

We use the services of different shipping carriers, the main ones being BARTOLINI and DHL

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday and the material is given to the customer on the road at the address (delivery to the floor is not foreseen).

After the order has been entrusted to the courier for delivery, you will receive an e-mail notification of the shipment. In the notification e-mail you will find a link with which you can keep track of your order via the courier's website. The tracking service is generally available starting from midnight on the day after the notification email.

Since the express courier requires signing at the time of delivery, if you are not available, a new attempt will be made the next day. If the delivery still does not go well we will try to solve the problem by directly interfacing the customer and the courier.

IMPORTANT: In the presence of obvious signs of damage to the packaging, we invite you to accept the CON RESERVE material by asking the Courier to add a note regarding the shipment. This arrangement will allow us, if the contents are also damaged, to verify the incident and to better manage the problem.
